Jacob Parker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Most recently, they served as the Head of Credit Operations at Abound, where they led customer service, collections, and business operations teams. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager at Abound and as the Client Services Lead at Nutmeg. Jacob also held positions at TSYS Managed Services EMEA as an Operations Manager and Associate Manager, and at Firstsource as an Operations Team Manager and CRM. Jacob began their career at EE as a Retail Support Executive.
Jacob Parker attended Gillbrook Academy from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their GCSE's in English, Math, and Media Studies. Jacob then enrolled at Middlesbrough College from 2009 to 2011, earning their A-Levels in English Language, Media Studies, Business Management, and Photography. Later in 2013, Jacob attended NMA Training and obtained a Diploma in Business Management and Accounting.
