Cholo Bernad is an experienced professional in the energy and agriculture sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Regulation at Aboitiz Power Corporation and as a Regulatory Adviser at Pilmico since January 2019. Cholo Bernad holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School (1982-1984) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (1972-1976).
