Janine designs programs from inception through the point of full occupancy. She ensures that the proposed deliverables align with Abode Servicesā€™ mission to end homelessness. Janine works closely with Abodeā€™s housing development team and partner housing developers to ensure that superior service programming is in place at each permanent supportive housing site. Before entering her role in 2021, Janine was responsible for the successful implementation of social service programs within Abode.
