Mina Sen currently serves as Associate General Counsel, Commercial at Abnormal Security, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Mina held the position of Global Head of Commercial Legal & Operations at Asana from May 2022 to October 2024, where leadership of a global team facilitated alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Legal Counsel for Commercial Transactions at ServiceNow, overseeing legal operations across the Americas, Canada, and LATAM regions. From October 2012 to January 2019, Mina was Executive Director & Associate General Counsel at Maxim Integrated, offering strategic legal counsel to senior executives. Earlier in the career, Mina worked as Corporate Counsel at Immersion Corporation, focusing on IP licensing and contract administration. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration (Marketing) from San Francisco State University.
