Kim Yves Lareta is a Senior Control Engineer at ABM Systems, Inc. since June 2022, focusing on testing, commissioning, control wiring design, and database programming for HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. With previous roles including Delivery Manager and Smart Building Technician at Willow and BMS Construction Manager at Cebu Ocean Park, responsibilities encompassed integrating building data into digital twin platforms and managing the design and installation of BMS and auxiliary systems. Experience also includes serving as BMS Department Head at OPSYECH CORPORATION and as a BMS Engineer at Maximum Data Infrastructure Technologies. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Information Technology from Southern Luzon State University, completed in 2013. Expertise includes working with leading BMS brands such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Delta Controls.
