Paul Cruickshank has diverse work experience in various companies. Paul started as a Seminar Leader at OCSEP Education in 2011. Paul then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Metaswitch Networks from 2014 to 2019, with a break in between. In 2019, they joined FluidStack as a Software Engineer and continued until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer at Ably Realtime.

Paul Cruickshank attended The Grammar School at Leeds from 2002 to 2009, though no specific degree or field of study is provided. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a degree in Mathematics at the University of Oxford, earning an MMath.
