Richard Salem is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. As CEO of Thermal Matrix since 2008, Richard has focused on advanced object detection systems aimed at saving lives through early detection technology. In addition, Richard has served as CEO of VASTEC, a national provider of scanning and data conversion solutions, and as CEO of Salem Enterprise Solutions, which oversees various profit and non-profit organizations. Richard holds the position of Chairman and CEO at Enable America, a non-profit dedicated to improving employment opportunities for disabled veterans and people with disabilities. Richard also chairs Farm Pilot Project Coordination, INC, focused on innovative agricultural solutions, and is the founder and senior advisor of Able Force, promoting employment for individuals with disabilities. As a partner at Salem Law Group, PA, Richard leverages over thirty years of legal and government relations experience. Richard received a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Belmont Abbey College.
