Paolo Visentin currently serves as Global Lean Manager at ABL-TECHNIC Group, responsible for Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives since September 2023. Previously, Paolo held the position of Operational Director at VEREDUS srl from September 2020 to August 2023, managing various operational areas including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Between March 2017 and April 2019, Paolo was Plant Manager at Virosac, overseeing a team and driving production efficiency projects. Paolo also worked as Senior Project Manager at Sgc Grecu Consulting Partners from July 2012 to April 2017, focusing on Lean projects that aimed to enhance production performance and streamline processes. Prior experience includes serving as General Director at FPD s.r.l. from September 1994 to September 2012, where significant process improvements and cost reductions were achieved. Additionally, Paolo has held roles in assembly management for Electrolux Home Appliances and has a degree in Business Administration from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Further education includes a course in productivity and cost reduction from Formazione Unindustria.
