Nadia Sharmin currently serves as a Sustainable Controller at ABL-TECHNIC Group, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Nadia participated in the Young Leaders Program at Channel i, where insights were gained on public perceptions of Bangladeshi TV channels and the popularity of Channel I in comparison to competitors. Nadia's background includes research on green banking as a Research Assistant at the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management, and an internship focusing on financial instrument analysis at the Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh. Additionally, as a Program Executive for Team Chittagong, significant project management experience was gained during the Chittagong Breast Cancer conference. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development Management from Rhine-Waal University, an MBA in Banking and Insurance from the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from International Islamic University Chittagong.
