Thomas Thees has worked in various roles in sales, enterprise account management, and business development. Thomas started their career as a Deli Attendant in Stop & Shop in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Thomas worked as an Inside Sales, Lead Generation at IGX Global from 2014-2015. Thomas then joined ePlus inc. as a Business Development in 2015, where they became an Inside Sales Representative from 2016-2018. In 2018, they joined Dionach where they worked in several roles: Business Development Consultant (2018-2020), Senior Business Development Consultant (2020-2021), and Enterprise Account Representative (2021-2022). From 2022-2023, they worked as an Account Executive at Qualtrics. Currently, they are working as an Enterprise Account Executive at Abira Security from 2023.

Thomas Thees obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Thomas studied Marketing at Nichols College from 2010 to 2012. Thomas received their High School Diploma from Seton Hall Preparatory School in 2010. In 2021 and 2022, Thomas obtained several certifications, such as the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Exam, Cybersecurity in the Board Room, Automating Third Party Risk Management with SecurityScorecard, and Third Party Risk Management from the institutions Qualtrics and SecurityScorecard.
