Lisa Duenas has extensive experience in program supervision and direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities. At AbilityFirst since April 2011, Lisa has served as a Direct Support Professional and Program Supervisor, managing the Children and Teens Socialization Training Program and overseeing a staff team of 20. Additionally, Lisa has worked as the Camp Paivika Program Director and Lifeguard/Water Safety Instructor, ensuring safety during water activities and leading a team of 10. Previously, Lisa was an Activity Coordinator and CrossFit Coach at Mutiny CrossFit, where skills were tailored to meet individual needs. Lisa began their career at AbilityFirst as an Activity Leader and has pursued education at Pasadena City College and East Los Angeles College.
