Joleen Pieper has extensive experience in payroll and human resources management, currently serving in a payroll role at Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. since 2017. Prior to this, Joleen held the position of Benefits & Safety Manager at Cardinal Glass Industries from 1998 to 2017, where leadership contributions included implementing strategies that saved the company $1 million annually in workers’ compensation claims management. Joleen also managed payroll operations for G&K Services, Inc., overseeing a department responsible for 8,500 employees and negotiating contracts for over 40 unions. Additionally, Joleen worked as Finance Manager and Payroll Manager at Dataserv for 13 years, providing analytical support and collaborating with the CFO on business financials. Joleen Pieper holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia University-St. Paul.
