Franziska Becker is a German assessor who is currently employed at the Abgeordnetenhaus von Berlin. Franziska has previous experience working as a business manager and a researcher. Becker's career began at the Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (DIW Berlin), where they worked as a student assistant for two years before being promoted to Referentin, a position they held for five years. In 2006, they left DIW Berlin to become the Geschäftsführerin of Systemische Gesellschaft e.V., a position they held until 2011.

Franziska Becker has a Diplom-Kauffrau from Freie Universität Berlin in Betriebswirtschaftlehre and is also a Versicherungskauffrau from Volksfürsorge Deutsche Lebensversicherung AG (heißt heute Generali) in Duale Berufsausbildung.

Their manager is Dennis Buchner, President. They work with Adrian Grass - Assessor, Marianne Burkert-Eulitz - Assessor, and Lars Düsterhöft - Assessor.
