Damien Tatangelo serves as the Directeur RSE at ABÉO since June 2021, responsible for defining and deploying the international CSR strategy, including training and motivating operational teams on CSR topics. Previously, Damien was Managing Director for a year, launching a joint venture with Jinling Sports to promote ABEO's premium sports equipment in China. Prior to ABÉO, Damien held several leadership roles at FRANCE EQUIPEMENT, overseeing various divisions within the company, and also served as Associé dirigeant at Univers Piscine and Directeur at Tatangelo Constructions, demonstrating extensive management experience in operational and business development across multiple organizations. Damien's early career included positions in research and development, contributing to system and production automation projects, supported by a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut français de Mécanique avancée.
