Nilay Choksi started their work experience in 2001 as an Executive (Commercial & PPA) at Gujarat Telephone Cables Limited. Nilay then moved on to iCubix Infotech Limited, where they held various roles including General Manager - IS & Sourcing (Group IT) and Deputy General Manager - IS & Sourcing. In 2012, they joined Claris Lifesciences, Ahmedabad as a Senior General Manager - Business Finance. Nilay continued their career at Claris Otsuka Limited, where they served as a Senior General Manager - Business Operations & SCM. Later, they joined Claris Lifesciences Limited as an Assistant Vice President - Corporate Planning & Strategy. Currently, Nilay is working at Abellon Clean Energy Ltd. as an Associate Vice President - Business Operations.

Nilay Choksi's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Gujarat University, where they pursued a degree in B.E. Electrical with a specialization in Micro Processor and Micro Controllers. Nilay completed this program in 1998.

In 1999, Nilay Choksi enrolled in Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Gujarat University, and pursued a PGDBM in Information Systems and Marketing. Nilay successfully completed this program in 2001.

In 2010, Nilay Choksi pursued further education at Ahmedabad Management Association, where they obtained a diploma in International Business Management. Additionally, in the same year, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for a Management Development Program in Strategic IT.

In terms of additional certifications, Nilay Choksi obtained a certification in Channel Sales and Key Account Management from enParadigm Knowledge Solutions in August 2014.
