David Eskew is the Founding Partner at Abell Eskew Landau LLP since January 2020. Prior to that, served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorneys'​ Offices, holding various titles and responsibilities within the Criminal and Civil Divisions. Before their time as a federal prosecutor, David was an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP, specializing in advising financial institutions on debt restructurings and bankruptcy litigation. Additionally, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Judge Stuart M. Bernstein. David obtained their Juris Doctorate from Saint John's University School of Law and their B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
