Nabil has over 34 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including 4 years and 5 months as the F&B manager at Trans Arabian Hotels' Cavalier Hotel. In their current role, Nabil provides highly strategic and tactical leadership to Abela & Co, a leading company in food service management, hospitality training, food hygiene, and nutrition consultancy. Nabil is responsible for the company's P&L performance and has complete autonomous decision-making authority within the areas of strategic planning, finance, business development, operations, sales and marketing, banqueting, customer service, human resources, administration, and P & L performance. Nabil has a total staff under their supervision of 1300 people.
