Tom Duckmanton is an experienced operations leader with a focus on the food and fresh produce industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Abel & Cole since January 2022, Tom oversees a team of departmental managers to achieve operational goals. Previous roles include Operations Director at Eversfield Organic Ltd, and Production Operations Manager at Abel & Cole, where responsibilities included leading production teams and managing budgets. Tom's career began with accelerated management training at Management Development Services, which included key roles at Univeg UK and Greenvale AP. Tom holds a degree in History from the University of Warwick and a Postgraduate degree in Food and Fresh Produce Management from Harper Adams University.
