Mona Ghander has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Their most recent role is as Head of Programs at Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, starting in November 2022. Mona Ghander has a solid education history with a focus on economics and development. Mona completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration at The American University in Cairo in 1996-2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Political Economy and Development from the same university from 2002-2004. Later, in 2013-2014, they attended Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, where they obtained a post-graduate diploma in Fundraising and Development.
