Ali Shahnawaz Khan is an experienced professional in solution architecture and customer experience management, currently serving as a Solutions Architect CRM at Abdul Latif Jameel since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ali worked at Al-Futtaim from January 2014 to November 2022, holding positions including Solution Expert - CXM, Solution Architect, and Senior SAP CRM Consultant. Ali's career began at SAP, where from April 2003 to November 2013, the roles encompassed Solution Architect, Associate Architect, and Software Developer. Educationally, Ali obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Center for Development in Advanced Computing in 2001 and completed a degree at North-Eastern Hill University between 1994 and 2000.
