Cristiano Borges Castilhos holds significant expertise in legal and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as a member consultant in the Comissão Especial de Direito de Infraestrutura at the Conselho Federal da OAB since February 2024. Since March 2015, Cristiano has held multiple roles at Álya Construtora, including Executive Legal Director and Legal Manager for Business and Litigation. Cristiano also contributes to academia as a guest professor at FGV Direito Rio, teaching in the LLM program focused on Infrastructure Law and Regulation since May 2023. Additionally, involvement with various organizations includes being a councilor at the Associação Comercial do Rio de Janeiro and holding multiple roles within the OAB/RJ. Cristiano's prior experience includes a membership with the Comissão Especial de Obras, Concessões e Controle da Administração Pública and a regional directorship at the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito da Construção. Cristiano's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in National and International Environmental Law from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and a Law degree from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos.
