Heather Castro has extensive experience in the field of service and maintenance, currently serving as the Director of Service and Maintenance at ABCO Systems LLC since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing service operations. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Service Department Manager at ABCO Systems LLC. From July 2017 to December 2018, Heather worked as a Level 3 Equipment Technician for General Assembly at Tesla, contributing technical expertise to enhance production workflows. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities and Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, completing the program in June 2017.
