Heather Weber has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and social services. Currently serving as a Care Liaison at ABCM Corporation since October 2015, Heather has developed strong skills in client communication and support. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Case Manager at ElderLink from October 2014 to September 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating care for clients. From January 2000 to October 2014, Heather held the position of Director of Resident and Family Services at Fountain West Health Center, overseeing services for residents and their families.
