Janet Teasdale currently serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Development at AbCellera, with a career trajectory that includes roles as Vice President and Senior Director in the same field. Prior experiences at The University of British Columbia spanned from 1993 to 2019, culminating in a position as Managing Director overseeing a comprehensive student affairs team. Janet's leadership roles also encompassed Senior Director and Director of Student Development, managing various programs and services focused on student support, international experiences, and critical incident responses. Earlier positions included Work Experience Coordinator at the Vancouver School Board and Leadership Development Program Coordinator at the Canadian Red Cross.
