Patricia Conza is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently overseeing two quality systems at Abcam, a Danaher company, since August 2020. Patricia is certified in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, serving as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 and creating QMS SOPs. A notable achievement includes the implementation of an eQMS database with a QA coordinator, facilitating documentation, training, and audits. Previously, Patricia held multiple roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, advancing from Post Market Surveillance Specialist to Principal Post Market Surveillance, gaining extensive experience in complaint evaluation and reporting. Patricia also managed the Quality Management System at QIAGEN Sciences, achieving ISO 13485:2016 certification and enhancing internal processes. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Northeastern University.
