Mohammad Reza Pakniat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and technical management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Agig Parsiyan since December 2021 and at Abcallcenter since October 2018, Pakniat has developed and implemented various HR systems, including employee compensation and career guidance programs. In addition to these roles, Pakniat is also the Technical Manager at Karyabi Goshayeh, contributing significant expertise in labor relations.
