Bery Prima is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, learning and development, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & ODPD Manager at PT. ABC President Indonesia since June 2019, Bery specializes in creating tailored learning solutions, enhancing performance management processes, and consulting on organizational matters. Previous roles include Head of HR People Development & Services at Mayapada Hospital, Learning Development Manager at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, and Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, among others. Bery's expertise encompasses training needs analysis, curriculum development, and driving high-performance cultures within organizations. Bery holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Indonesia and a Diploma Degree in Management of Agribusiness from IPB University.
