Laurie Christiansen has extensive experience in banking operations, beginning with Pioner Bank and Trust as an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper in 1973, progressing through various roles at Cragin Federal Savings and Loan, NBD Chicago Bank, and ABC Bank, where Laurie held multiple positions including AVP, Operations, AVP, Branch Manager, BSA/AML Analyst, and KYC/CIP Quality Assurance Officer & CRA Analyst. Currently, Laurie serves as AVP Operations at the International Bank of Chicago since July 2018, overseeing operational functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Throughout Laurie's career, responsibilities have included managing branches, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with AML regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency, demonstrating a commitment to effective banking practices and customer service.
