Rae Livingston possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Global Vice President of Business Human Resources and Chief Equity Officer at AbbVie since 2016. Prior to AbbVie, Rae held various executive positions at Rockwell Automation from 2006 to 2016, including Vice President of Human Resources and roles focused on culture, operations, and engineering services. Earlier in Rae’s career, positions included HR Business Partner and Manager of HR Strategy & Planning at Medtronic from 2000 to 2006. Rae’s educational background includes an MBA and BBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with studies at the Lubar College of Business. Rae is recognized for methodical and proven competencies in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on global HR functional execution within engineering consulting and solutions delivery.
