Micah Bregman serves as the Vice President of Global Strategy and Pipeline at AbbVie, focusing on Allergan Aesthetics since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading global commercial development, external innovation, research, and analytics. Prior to this role, Micah Bregman was a Vice President of Enterprise Innovation and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from January 2013 to August 2019, providing management consulting services to pharmaceutical and biotech clients in areas such as commercial strategy and product launch. Micah Bregman earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from the University of California at San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Music from Pomona College.
