Alida Rossi is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Customer Excellence Director - Country Execution Intercontinental at AbbVie since May 2012. In this role, Alida is responsible for enhancing customer experience in Australia, Japan, and China. Previously, Alida held positions at AbbVie as Intercontinental - Data and Digital Lead, Customer Excellence Director, and Head of Strategy and Innovation, where responsibilities included data transformation, omnichannel strategies, and leading diverse support teams in market analytics and innovation programs.
