Diamond Ingram is a Desktop Support Technician at ABBTECH, providing daily technical support for a user base of over 6,000 federal employees since August 2021. Previously, Diamond served as an Information Technology Support Analyst Intern at Kaiser Permanente from July 2019 to July 2021, where technical support was extended to over 500 employees, utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system to meet Service-Level Agreement requirements. Diamond's early experience includes a role as an IT Student at Year Up from February 2019 to January 2020. Diamond holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, completed in 2020, along with training from Year Up United during the same period.
