Bertrand Mayumbu possesses extensive experience in system engineering and administration, currently serving as a System Engineer at the US Environmental Protection Agency since 2020 and also working as a System Administrator at ABBTECH. Bertrand has a strong background in deploying and managing various operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10, and has held positions at notable organizations such as the United States Postal Service and the Internal Revenue Service, where responsibilities included advanced resource planning, hardware and software support, and system administration. Educationally, Bertrand holds a Master of Laws in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution and an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Kinshasa, along with an Associate's in Criminal Justice Technology from Wake Tech Community College.
