Phuong Hau has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Abbott since January 2016, where significant accomplishments include developing resilient logistics solutions and improving organizational efficiency. Prior to Abbott, Phuong Hau held the position of AVP, Director of International Logistics at TJX, managing direct import programs, and served at Target in various senior managerial roles overseeing import transportation and supply chain operations in China. Additional experience includes roles as Purchasing Manager and Inventory Control Manager at Jabil Vietnam Ltd., Customer Service Manager at Maersk Logistics, and Management Trainee at Maersk Vietnam, with a foundation in English Language and Literature from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and an MBA pursuit at the French Vietnamese School of Management.
