Nicholas Urh, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and operational excellence at Abbott from 2014 to the present. As a Senior Project Leader in the Abbott Nutrition Third Party Manufacturing Quality Organization, Nicholas has led various quality initiatives, including a significant reduction in Quality Events and compliance maintenance during audits. Prior roles included overseeing COVID-19 test kit manufacturing, managing production operations, and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects that yielded substantial cost savings. Nicholas possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is currently pursuing an MBA at Franklin University.
