Jasmin Delva, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and talent development. Currently serving as the Manager of Operation Excellence at Abbott since January 2025, Jasmin also holds the position of National Professional Executive Board Talent Development Chairperson for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE Professionals) since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing regional talent development chairs to enhance programming nationwide. Previous roles include Supply Chain Industrial Engineer at Ulta Beauty, Process Engineer at Detroit Chassis LLC, and President of Kettering University’s B-Section Chapter of NSBE. An engineering co-op student at Eaton with a background in aerospace, and structural engineering intern at O'Donnell & Naccarato, Jasmin is a graduate of Kettering University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
