Elaine Gleeson has extensive experience in quality assurance and operational management, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Abbott since March 2007, where responsibilities include directing production personnel and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement. Previously, Elaine held various management positions at Campbell Soup Company from October 2003 to February 2007, including Quality Manager. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Limerick.
