Megan Capp serves as the Associate Director of Housing and Community Justice at Archway Community Services, overseeing programs focused on housing, homelessness, and community-based justice supports. Previously, Megan held positions including Executive Director at CEDAR Outreach Society of BC, Project Lead at the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and Criminal Justice Policy, and Instructor at both Kwantlen Polytechnic University and the University of the Fraser Valley, where courses centered on criminology, human rights, and community advocacy. With a background in social justice and extensive experience working with marginalized populations, Megan's earlier roles included Community Kitchen Coordinator and Family Outreach and Support Worker at Abbotsford Community Services. Academically, Megan holds a PhD in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University for Peace, a Master’s in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley.
