Heather Stanley has over 17 years of experience in mortgage operations and Encompass administration, currently serving as the Encompass Administrator at Anderson Brothers Bank since November 2021. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Mortgage Operations Specialist and Encompass Admin Team member at United Bank from September 2004 until November 2021, where responsibilities included quality control, user and system management, reporting, processing, and ensuring mortgage compliance. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia, obtained in 2001, and a high school diploma from Upper St. Clair School District.
