Prior to this position, Sou Lam held the title of Business Development Manager at Ad A Staff Inc. from January 2001 to September 2017, and earlier worked as a Business Development Manager at Q'SO, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. Sou Lam began the career as an HR Assistant at Q'SO, Inc. after completing education at The University of Texas at Arlington between 1997 and 1999.
