Juha Silvennoinen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in quality management, customer experience, and business transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Customer Experience for ABB’s System Drives Division since June 2021, Silvennoinen has also held pivotal roles such as Board Member at Distence Ltd and CEO at both Serres Oy and GS-Hydro. While at Serres, the focus was on transforming the company into a leader in surgical suction systems, and at GS-Hydro, Silvennoinen successfully restructured its global hydraulic business. Previous leadership roles at Metso involved restructuring global service operations, while a long tenure at ABB saw Silvennoinen driving profitable growth across multiple divisions and holding responsibilities for global product management. Juha Silvennoinen holds a Master of Science degree in Electromechanics and Production Planning from Helsinki University of Technology.
