Cormac O'Connor is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Principal Project Engineer at ABB since August 2022, leading automation projects in Ireland. Prior to this role, Cormac spent nearly a decade as the Electrical Design Department Manager at Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd from February 2013 to August 2022. Cormac's extensive experience at ABB spans over 16 years, where roles included Senior Automation Project Engineer and Project Manager from June 1996 to February 2013. Cormac holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from DIT Kevin Street, earned between 1990 and 1996, and completed secondary education at CBS Tralee from 1985 to 1990.
