Ulvi Rzayev is an experienced professional in customer support and training, currently serving as a Specialist at the SME Customer Support in the Virtual Support department of PASHA Bank OJSC since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ulvi Rzayev worked at ABB from March 2020, progressing from Specialist to Leading Specialist and finally to Training Specialist within the Contact Center and Alternative Sales division. Earlier experience includes a position as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Expressbank ASC from July 2019 to March 2020. Ulvi Rzayev holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both obtained from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
