Javier Bermudez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and business process management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at ABASTIBLE S.A., Javier previously held the same position at BESALCO, where strategic IT modernization was implemented for over 1,500 users across Chile and Peru. At Ultramar, leadership of the CIO office facilitated operational continuity for more than 3,000 users. Javier has also been an instructor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2007, co-founding the Business Process Management Certificate and teaching several related courses to undergraduate engineering students. With a robust educational background, including a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering/Information Technologies, Javier's career spans notable roles at CETIUC, everis Chile, and Microsoft, showcasing a strong foundation in IT consulting and development.
