Ronald Lantzy has had a varied work experience over the years. Ronald started their career in 1998 as a Merchandiser for Anderson Merchandisers, where they were responsible for merchandising videos, DVDs, music CDs, and books in multiple Walmart stores. Ronald also handled POP merchandise and performed plano grams and resets. Ronald worked in this role until 2000.

Following their time at Anderson Merchandisers, Ronald joined Dominion Enterprises in 2001 as a Circulation Manager. In this role, they managed a team of over 50 independent contractors who delivered the company's publications. Ronald also opened new outlets and conducted route audits to ensure timely delivery. Ronald held this position until 2013.

From 2013 to 2018, Ronald worked at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology, where they served as a Retail Sales Supervisor for Walmart DRT North East. Ronald provided supervision and support to the sales team, overseeing operations at Walmart stores.

Most recently, Ronald joined ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC in 2018 as an Account Manager. Their responsibilities included managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ronald continues to contribute in this role.

Ronald Lantzy attended CCAC but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Ronald obtained a diploma in Education from Attained High School. Ronald also attended North Catholic, but did not attain a degree. Additionally, they completed one year of full-time technical or vocational school in Education.
