Thomas Burns is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational management and finance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Abandoned Property Advisors, LLC since December 2020, Burns previously held the position of Senior Vice President at KEANE from December 2014 to December 2020, and at UPRR, LLC from February 1997 to December 2020. At UPRR, Burns managed operations for Maximum Owner Recovery (MOR) programs, focusing on shareholder unification and system enhancements for various asset recovery services.
