Vishnu Vijayan serves as a Quality Controller and Hygiene Officer at Abad Group of Hotels since January 2023, overseeing the food safety operations for 15 hotels and resorts. Previously, Vishnu held a similar role at Orkid Bakes and Foods Private Limited from April 2021 to September 2021, where responsibilities included food safety operations and documentation management. Vishnu's educational background includes a B Voc in Food Processing Technology from Christ College, Irinjalakuda, and secondary education from St Sebastians HSS Kuttikad.
