Ronald Loria has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ronald currently works as an Integration Engineer at Abacus Group, where they onboard new clients and ensures server and client builds are completed according to company checklists and procedures. Ronald also administers the Office 365 Exchange platform and manages multi-tenant hosted Exchange and Citrix platforms. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at ePLDT, Inc. as a Cloud Infra and Storage Architect, where they provided guidance on Cloud architectural best practices and managed engineers for the deployment of Office 365. Ronald also served as a Manager/Lead for Unified Collaboration Services, managing the deployment of storage equipment and scoping technical requirements for clients. Ronald also worked as a Solution Consultant Expert, creating bills of materials and providing technical resources to customers. Prior to their time at ePLDT, Ronald worked as a Manager/Lead for System Support at CCSP, where they planned and designed hardware and software for the expansion of contact center services. Ronald also served as a Team Leader for Technical Services at iPlus Intelligent Network, providing level 2 support for CCSP VoIP infrastructure and deploying customer requirements. Ronald began their career as a Fire Alarm Technician at Multi-line Building Systems Inc.

Ronald Loria attended AMA Computer College from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Their field of study during this time was focused on B.S Computer Engineering.
