Chris Edwards has extensive experience in various technical support roles. In 2005, they started working at Rill Time Imaging, LLC as a Manager/Coordinator, where they were responsible for scheduling and coordinating ultrasound exams in medical settings. Chris also handled the operation and orientation of ultrasound equipment and ensured the delivery of exam results to physicians. After leaving Rill Time Imaging in 2011, Chris joined VIRTBIZ Internet Services as a Data Center Support Analyst. In this role, they worked independently in a data center environment, assisting customers with server and operating system issues. Chris also performed installation and maintenance tasks for various servers and operating systems. In 2019, Chris transitioned to Randstad Technologies US as a Service Desk Specialist, providing support to end-users. Chris then moved to Tidel in 2021, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist until 2022. Currently, Chris is a Remote Client Support Technician at Abacus Group, utilizing their technical expertise to assist clients remotely.
Chris Edwards attended Dallas College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
