Rafal Rydzewski, CFA, is currently the Senior Vice President at Abacus Finance Group, LLC, where they execute investments in both debt and equity parts of the capital structure in private equity sponsored leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to Abacus Finance Group, they held positions at BNP Paribas and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in merchant banking, leveraged finance, and global structuring with a focus on transfer pricing. Rafal holds a BS in Financial Economics from Binghamton University School of Management.
